Rental rates and conditions
December 1st - April 30th from $1360 per week.
May 1st - November 30th from $950 per week.
Rates may vary at peak times, check for long term rentals.
Local taxes apply to rental rates.

No pets allowed and no smoking.
Minimum rental is 2 weeks.
The Condo can accomodate up to 6 persons.
Condo Facilities and Rooms:
1 double room with on suite, 1 twin room, 1 sofa bed, 1 upstairs bathroom, kitchen lounge/diner, toilet, balcony.
